From the moment I opened the book ‘Enslaved In Shadows,’ I was hooked to it. To say this book was steamy is an understatement. The passion and intensity between Jes and Draven is so addicting and woo hoo hot! However that is not the only reason I love this book. ‘Enslaved in Shadows had a great story line, and gives reader an action packed thriller to keep you wanting for more. I was a bit skeptical when the story began to unfold. It tells about vampire, werewolves, and immortals and let’s be honest that has been more than a little overdone lately. With that being said, I was proven wrong. This book is fresh and new.
It has great action details, crazy twists and turns that you would never see coming. Draven clearly fought his wolfside and was convinced she was not the one for him. But when she turns back up to his life, it is clear to him it is destiny. Jesminda, or ‘Jes’ thinks the complete opposite. She figures he was mistaken about her once ad she won’t let it happen again especially after all the hell she went through with her ex-husband.
Jesminda and her daughter’s lives are in grave danger and unfortunately Draven is the one assigned to protect her. Can this end well? ‘Enslaved in Shadows’ is so unbelievably amazing and not to mention a little hot to handle. You will not be able to put it down once you begin reading it. I recommend it to anyone who loves paranormal romances or anyone who needs a good steamy getaway!
