For the past several years, Apple has launched its signature iPhones in the month of September, and this autumn season will be no exception. According to Buzzfeed the much awaited iPhone 6s is all set to be showcased to the media in a formal event on September 9 followed by advanced booking on September 11. The iPhone 6s and 6s plus will officially be available in the market on September 18th.
Since the start of iPhone’s production, rumors about its specifications and features have been circulating around the media. According to Mac Rumors, iPhone 6s and 6s plus will be available in large and small size, similar to its predecessor released in 2014. The website also states that since Apple is offering an “S” upgrade, the company will focus more on making changes in the interior features of the phone rather than the exterior. Screen sizes of the next-generation phones will remain the same i.e. 4.7 and 5.5 inches respectively.
BGR also speculates the new iPhone 6s and 6s plus will include Force Touch Displays and new taptic engines. The latest technologies were also added to Apple watch this year and allow the smart watch to recognize new gestures with pressure sensitivity and accurately reproduce vibration and movements by the users.
The new device is also rumored to feature an A9 Processor, 2GB RAM, 12 megapixel camera and 4k video recording as well as the possibility of some different internal mechanism that solves the bending issues that the users complained about. It is also rumored that the new phone by Apple will be slightly thicker than previous models. Some industry watchers believe that the added thickness will be incorporated to redesign the camera of iPhone 6 so that the lens sits accurately on the back of the phone. For those who are unaware, the iPhone 6 doesn’t sit flat on a table due to the “design” that makes the camera lens appear as a bump on the back of the phone.
It is also being suggested by many industry watchers and bloggers that the multinational technology company is adding a new choice of color to its new iPhone. Apart from silver, gold, space gray and black users can also choose the rose gold color for their new phone.
Although a video posted by Unbox Therapy suggests that iPhone 6s case could be stronger, the biggest problem faced by any device owner is accidently dropping the phone or having a heavy object fall on it. The exterior of the phone can be severely damaged due to iPhone’s smooth exterior and curved body. That is why it is essential to protect your phone with durable screen covers and protectors, like BodyGuardz. Covers reduce the chances of damage on your expensive device as well as give you the best user experience. A protective cover also helps to improve your grip on the phone which lessens the risk of you dropping the phone.
