Steven Samblis’ Hollywood news show will air on channel 237 of Sky TV, the UK’s largest digital subscription television company reaching 14mm households.
Channel 237 is owned by FilmOn TV UK, the UK operating subsidiary of Anakando group company, Film on Networks. FilmOn TV UK was established in London in 2013.
Channel 237 serves mainly males aged between 18 to 40, with a diverse mix of programming tailored to their taste, which is classic and pop culture content, including cars, sports, bikinis, cult movies, and BattleCam.
The agreement mentioned in the press release enhances the relationship between Imagination TV, Inc. and FilmOn Networks that already operates in the USA, expanding it in a new format internationally.
Imagination TV content is now licensed to Channel 237, beginning with thirty previously filmed episodes of the The Hollywood Fast Lane. These episodes will begin airing at the end of January this year (2015). Also included are 65 individual interviews between Steven Samblis and the top actors and directors in Hollywood. Additionally, shooting for new Hollywood Fast Lane episodes, to air on channel 237, commence in February 2015.
