DeVine team joins Coastal Properties Group International

Both have extensive real estate experience, most recently at ReMax where they were continually recognized as the company’s Top Buyers Agents with the top ranked team at ReMax RealTec Group. Their office was also recognized as the top ranking ReMax office in the state of Florida, beating out over 140 independent agents. For the past three years, Bill and Christina have operated their own real estate team and have continually been recognized as multi-million dollar producers. In addition, they also founded DeVine 360, Inc. and DeVine 360 Interactive Virtual Tours.

Bill and Christina have been Tampa Bay residents since 2003. Prior to embarking on their real estate careers, Bill served as a financial specialist with Wachovia Bank in the Tampa Bay area. He eventually moved into the Mortgage Department in 2006 and quickly became the number one ranked Mortgage Consultant in Pinellas County. Always passionate about the real estate industry, Bill obtained his Real Estate license and began working as a Realtor with his wife.

Christina has a professional background in retail marketing and management, and has worked in many high level management positions for such retail firms as Jacobson’s and Target.

Both Bill and Christina’s previous experience in management, financing and marketing are key factors to their successful real estate careers. They focus on assisting Buyers and Sellers in Pinellas County, specializing in all areas of residential sales.
