David R. Leffler, Ph.D. is the Executive Director of the Center for Advanced Military Science (CAMS), the Institute of Science, Technology and Public Policy. Dr. Leffler received a Ph.D. in Consciousness-Based Military Defense from The Union Institute & University in Cincinnati, Ohio where he did his doctoral research on the topic of Invincible Military Defense. He was a member of the U.S. Air Fore for nine tears, assigned to Tactical Air Command (TAC), United States Armed Forces in Europe (USAFE), Air Training Command (ATC) and Strategic Air Command (SAC). His military decorations include: the United States Air Force Commendation Medal, the United States Air Force Achievement Medal, the United States National Defense Service Medal, and the United States Air Force Good Conduct Medal, with one oak leaf cluster.
