Josh Flagg of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Announces New Digital Luxury Agency

Josh Flagg has spent his whole life surrounded by luxury. From growing up in Beverly Hills, being the grandson of Edith Flagg, he has been groomed to be an entrepreneur in the luxury space. Following in grandma Flagg’s footsteps, the star of the hit television show Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles is no stranger to the inner workings of how luxury brands sell and market their products to luxury buyers.

Recently, Josh Flagg announced that he will be teaming up with fellow Los Angeles-based entrepreneur and digital marketer, AJ Kumar, to offer luxury consulting and marketing services to luxury companies. AJ Kumar has worked with celebrity experts including New York Times Best Selling author Kimberly Snyder, and was an original co-founder of Single Grain.

The creation of this new company is prompted by Flagg’s recent move into instructing real estate agents on how to break into the coveted luxury real estate industry – something he started back in 2016.

The company plans to offer full-service revenue generation on how aspiring brands can reach affluent members of the population. Their services will include helping brands gain more web traffic, increase conversions, and improving the customer experience between luxury buyers and sellers.

Josh, who has sold more than $2 Billion in residential real estate in Southern California, is famous for working with celebrity clients and being an endorser of major luxury brands. His list of past celebrity clients include: Shonda Rhimes, Sue Gross, Steve Aoki, Adam Levine, and Andy Dick, among others.

Josh, who originally wanted to pursue a career in architecture or interior design, found the intersection between good design and working with people to be more his style which led to his decision to pursue real estate, instead.

He cites his grandmother, Edith Flagg (who was a fixture on the MDL:LA) show as a major inspiration for his pursuit of additional philanthropic and entrepreneurial endeavors. Her work as an entrepreneur began in 1949 when she moved to Los Angeles and started her own fashion line Edith Flagg Inc, which ran until 2000 – leaving her an estimated net worth of $100 million. Her success was largely due to her decision to use polyester, which she was able to make popular in the US, and is credited as the first person to use the material in the United States.

Josh hopes to replicate her ingenuity and innovative entrepreneurial spirit, with Flaggship, which brands itself as a full-service revenue generation agency for entrepreneurs, and brands. The company is looking to help clients place a new spin on customer experiences that will help these companies build revenue and brand equity.

Flaggship’s mission is to help small to large companies build, grow, and compete in global markets by providing quality training programs, coaching, tools, and access to resources.
