Recently, I watched a documentary that wasn’t widely publicized but is very informative. In the documentary (called Zeit Geist at www.zeitgeistmovie.com), it states that the 16th amendment regarding a national income tax was not legally ratified and therefore makes the national income tax illegal. In order for an amendment to be ratified and legally adopted by the U.S. government, 3/4 of the United States to vote for ratification.
When I heard this I decided to do some more research and found the website, www.thelawthatneverwas.com which details why the 16th amendment is completely illegal and goes against what is directly written in the constitution of the United States.
It details how most states did not ratify the amendment, and the ones that did, did so only after the state changed the wording of the amendment which by law makes the ratification of that state illegal. With these conditions, only 2 states legally ratified the 16th amendment. Pass this on to everybody you know so that the population of this country can be notified of how our own government is scamming us out of our hard earned money.
As a little bit of proof as to what the constitution says on this matter, the text of the constitution is as follows (also shown on the website linked above).
Article 1 Section 9 of the constitution states: “No capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or Enumeration herein before directed to be taken”
This would therefore make an income tax legal only if an amendment was ratified legally. If you do some research on the website listed above you will see that this amendment was ratified in a completely illegal manner.
Please visit the website www.thelawthatneverwas.com and read for yourself evidence of a man’s battle against the judicial branch of the government showing that this tax taking 10% to 35% of your income has absolutely no legal basis and shows evidence proving that. The American citizens need to be educated on this, know your rights and educate others, please.
