Sacramento WIND Youth Association Benefits From Art Sale

Theresa Fike is one of the most versatile artists in Northern California. Her decorative art graces the homes of such local notables as Eddy Murphy, Chris Webber and the Saccas, and her fine art paintings are sought after by collectors nationwide.

Theresa has a new passion, encaustic impressionism, an ancient technique of painting with tinted bee’s wax.

Teresa will delight us with a demonstration of this latest passion, along with the work of other artists. Other artists represented are Allister Oliver, Lauri Blank, Stephen Shrtridge, Eric Christensen, Jennifer Vranes and Theresa’s very talented son, David Fike.

All of the art is for sale, with 10% going to The Sacramento WIND Youth Association.

The evening, featuring local artists and Sierra Foothill wineries is a chance to enjoy the company of good friends, a glass or two of fine wine, the great art, and live music.

The event is to be held in a beautiful WJKavanagh home, with fabulous views of Folsom Lase. The home is also for sale. (call Sheryl Pekarsky 916 524 5122)

748 Deerbrooke Trail, Auburn, is the place to be, on Saturday July 12, from 5:30 to 9:30 pm.
