New York-based online printing company, Printleaf, guarantees next-day delivery for large format prints in local NYC & Long Island areas. Printleaf Business Director Alex Khaimov says the new service delivers finished prints to the customer’s door the next day, when choosing the “Same Day Production” option.
Mr. Khaimov knows that many New York business have tight turnaround requirements for large format print production. After redesigning and testing Printleaf’s systems, the new service was introduced.
Clients gave two main reasons for the fast turnaround requirements.
Many businesses attend trade shows, an often-stressful event that requires the use of large-format and small-format print collateral. Even minor changes require a reprint, sometimes at short notice. Secondly, booklets and other printed materials may be modified and errors in spelling or grammar are found while preparing for a meeting.
Mr. Khaimov said that so many calls were received from frantic clients, that it became obvious the fast-turnaround service was in sufficient demand to make the investigation worthwhile.
New York may look like a small state on the map, but it is 330 miles from north to south, and 285 miles east to west. For now, Printleaf offers the next-day delivery service to clients in Manhattan, Queens, Long Island City, the Bronx, and Brooklyn.
Every area of Manhattan is covered: Uptown, Upper West Side, Upper East Side, Midtown West/Theatre District/Hells Kitchen, Midtown East, Midtown South/Chelsea, Murray Hill/Grammercy, Village/West Village, East Village/Lower East Side, Soho, Tribeca, and the Financial District.
Printleaf aims to offer this service not only to the whole state, but also to the entire east coast. The timeline for that expansion is expected to be next year.
Printleaf Marketing director Dan Rose says the company specializes in large-format printing, and difficult print jobs, including step and repeat backdrops and retractable banners. Rose says “Although this fast-turnaround service is currently guaranteed for our local cities, we are a national company, so our aim is to roll it out to the entire east coast.”
Rose says clients order from Printleaf in three ways:
- Visiting the office in midtown Manhattan.
- Calling the office at: (646) 494-5323
- Visiting the website.
Printleaf staff are obsessed with providing the right printing solutions for every client, over-delivering, and giving the best customer service. The new service guarantees that orders placed before 2pm the day before, with the “Same Day Production” option, are delivered within 24 hours.
CEO Alex Khaimov said “Consumers today want to receive their large format prints and other products faster. Printleaf meets that demand, while making it affordable.”
