Mobile continues to be a driving force in the digital marketing world, and RWD will allow your website to automatically resize for various screens. After all, if there’s one thing that users hate it’s having to scroll horizontally to get all the information on a page.
This website is a good example of RWD. You’ll note that it changes format on different devices, making it readable no matter what screen you pick it up on.
You’re going to lose out if you don’t ensure your sites are able to be viewed across the board.
Chatbots look to be here to stay, at least through the next year.
They’re quick, efficient, and can answer a customer’s queries without requiring a person to be involved in most cases. The market is currently worth $1.25 billion so it looks to be more than a flash in the pan.
5. Programmatic Advertising
Programmatic advertising uses machine learning for PPC advertising to optimize for conversion.
Basically, the program will handle the bulk of the work of managing bids. It may not seem like a lot but the more advanced programs “learn” and manage things.
It’s not perfect but it allows you more time to handle the nuts and bolts of a campaign instead of getting bogged down in the details for hours a day.
