Krishna Hari Pushkar is a Joint Secretary of the Nepal Government. Mr. Pushkar has special expertise in areas such as good governance, public administration, international labor migration, immigration, trafficking control, conflict management, security affairs, disaster management and international relations. He is pursuing his Fulbright Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship in the United Sates and is now associated with Michigan State University.
