About Libas:

Libas began over 15 years ago as a store that customized designer wear for grooms. Grooms flocked to the store to be given not just personalised outfits but personalised advice on what to wear & how to wear ensembles. Besides being exclusive Libas also made a reputation as a store that catered to their customers’ needs in terms of clothing, timing & pricing.

In the year 1999 Libas ventured from custom tailoring into the readymade market with the first ever ranges of readymade suits for men (Steel & Taylor) and women (Envogue). The line grew popular enough to be marketed by India’s premier supermall across the nation. The company has since then also gotten into casual wear for men and women in the readymade market. Libas now designs readymade lines & caters to several malls & chain stores.

The next step for the company was to expand its presence across the city itself. Stores in Pedder Road, Bandra, Juhu, Goregaon and Mulund have achieved this. While the Bandra store is a shop-in-shop at one of the most up-market malls in Bandra -SAGA; the Pedder Road and Juhu stores are exclusive designer stores that cater to clientele on appointment. The Goregaon and Mulund stores are situated in malls and carry the readymade lines along with the signature bridal collections.
