Census Carried Out in Nepal: Lovable and Hated Persons

The recent findings in Nepal shows how leaders of the political parties are hated by the people. Nepalese people don’t trust their leaders at all. It is even surprising to know, former Crown Prince Paras who has been vilified so much is also liked among several Nepalese. He is becoming popular among the youngsters. They are saying former Crown Prince Paras should not stay out of a country. He should stay in Nepal and become a role model to them. The youngsters are saying the former Crown Prince Paras should engage towards promoting the sports activities which is badly tarnished.

Among the most loved person in Nepal is the former King Gyanendra. The Nepalese people still revered and respect him. During the Dashain, Nepal’s biggest festival, the people were lined up to receive good wishes from the former King. The huge crowd was seen in front of King’s private residence whereas the first President of Nepal had just several party cadets lining up inside the Presidential Palace. Even the people who came from Janakpur, a city of the first President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav preferred to have good wishes from the former King than from the President of Nepal. Forget about the good wishes of Vice President who is very unpopular. It is clearly the indication that no system can replace the faith and respect that the institution of Monarchy has hitherto been enjoying.

Now, let me quote the census exactly:

Lovable person: 1. King Gyanendra.

Hated Persons: 1. Girija Prasad Koirala, 2. Madhav Nepal, 3. Ram Chandra Poudel, 4. Shushil Koirala, 5. Jhala Nath Khanal, 6. Bam Dev Gautam, 7. Sujata Jost Koirala, 8. Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Prachanda, 9. Sher B. Deuba, 10. Surya B. Thapa, 11. Hishila Yami, 12. Babu Ram Bhattarai, 13. Pushpa Kamal’s son Prakash Dahal, 14. Amik Sherchan, 15. Upendra Yadav, 16. Arju Rana Deuba, 17. COAS- R. Katuwal, 18. Mohan Baidya Kiran, 19. KP Oli, 20. Narahari Acharya.

The people of Nepal hate these 20 leaders (as per them thugs) so badly. The people have a conviction that these dirty elements try to shift blame from them to Crown Prince Paras. Crown Prince Paras is steadily becoming lovable to Nepalese people. People started to know, he is not as bad as publicized by the leaders. If Nepali people could oust those 20 leaders (thugs), Nepal can prosper. The people are in a mood to demand the fair investigation of the looted wealth by these corrupt leaders. There are few more corrupt leaders in all parties, especially in Nepali Congress, UML, RPP, Madhesi Parties and Maoists.

Some people are surprised not to see the names of Vice President Paramanda Jha, Defense Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa Badal, Tulsi Giri, Kirti Nidhi Bista, Sarad Chandra Shah, Deepak Bohara, Ramesh Nath Pandey, Pashupati Rana, Lokendra Bahadur Chand, Shrish Shumshere Rana, Kamal Thapa, Chandra Prakash Mainali, Radha Krishna Mainali, Bharat Keshari Simha, Bharat Mohan Adhikari, Pradeep Nepal, Marich Man Singh Shrestha, Khum Bahadur Khadka, Govinda Raj Joshi, Chiranjibi Wagle, Ram Sharan Mahat and Krishna Prasad Sitaula.

The people of Nepal are very much certain that the institution of Monarchy will be reinstated very soon without any hurdles. If the leaders will try to block any effort to the Former King coming back to his palace they will revolt and put the leaders in a difficult situation. It is only the time factor when King is reinventing his real position. He will be in a palace sooner or later. The people of Nepal have clearly indicated their likeness of Monarch. The people said, “they need Monarch for the unity, stability, survival and development of a country. It is not the people of Nepal wanted King out of the palace.

It was the act of immoral leaders upon the wishes of Southern neighbor, India.” As saying goes, morning shows the light of a day, the Federal Republic won’t do any good to the nation and the people. Whoever is in the power practices the same thing- corruption, nepotism and abolishing the bases of democracy and human rights. It is the King who is more democratic and who loves country more than anyone else. This is the truth that never goes off the sentiments of the Nepalese people.
