Israel Has Sinned and Now

Israel

On You Kippur Jews repent for their sin and then ask for forgiveness.

The “Al Chet” is a Jewish public confession of actions, for which we, as a community, ask for G-d’s forgiveness. Phrased in the plural, it is a re-affirmation of our communal character whereby we each have a moral responsibility for one another.

About the confession Jews make on Yom Kippur, which lists the human sins: For we have sinned before you by force and desire, by deception and falsehood, etc., in fact, everything is one sin industry – the lack of faith in ourselves and God.

Among the greatest sins of the modern state of Israel is putting a price tag any part of the land of Eretz Yisrael and the lives of the Jews who live there.

Whereas, for 2000 years Jews yearned to return to their homeland, whereas, when they have returned to their ancient sliver of land, along the Mediterranean Sea, and then fought with their blood and heart to gain their independence there, now some are out to destroy it all.

One of those sins, was the disregard to the obvious facts of the Jewish people’s legal rights to the land between the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea. Along this disregard to the international law, the facts on the ground and the choice to relinquish land for delusional peace Israel has treated to pioneers who chose to settle Israel’s cradle of Judea and Samaria as outsiders and sometime to the point of being criminals of some sort. But even worse than that, these sinners have suggested and then agreed to give this very same land to the Arabs to establish an Arab state on it. They totally disregarded the fact that in an archeological dig, in all likelihood, ancient coins that were minted in the Jewish sovereignty era of over 3,000 years will be found there.

Now that the Justice Edmund Levy Committee has spelt the beans and thus made it clear that Judea and Samaria is not an occupied land and Jews living there are not leprosy stricken, the politicians and those who supported those sinful ideas and behavior have to chew the cud. They needs to apologize to the Jewish nation for their horrific mistakes that have cost so many lives and destroyed so many others’ lives.

MK Tzipi Hotovely has already called for the immediate annexation of the Judea and Samaria and thus make this land part of Israel the whole. Likud MK: Annex All Yesha, Not Just ‘C Areas’:

We need to demand an admission of “we were wrong” and that Includes president Shimon Peres for concocting the two-state-solution and Prime Minister Netanyahu for reneging on his mind set that he is against the two-state-solution plan and thus, from the podium of Bar-Ilan University, he called for this very same two-state-solution plan he opposed to for so many years: Full text of Netanyahu’s foreign policy speech at Bar Ilan:

Israel needs to admit is has been wrong about her age. The first Jewish Temple was built 3,012 years ago. By stating that Israel was established in 1948 CE and is celebrating, this year, 64 years of independence, Jews actually cut the branch on which they are sitting. Israel needs to change her claim; the Jewish nation went on hiatus for nineteen centuries and is now celebrating its 3,076 year old independence birthday.

Israel has sinned and now, before Yom Kippur is the time to admit the sins.

Israel has sinned for being willfully ignorant.

Israel has sinned for allowing the use of the wrong identity code which airlines use to identify destinations. Right now it is TLV for Tel-Aviv but it should be JSM for Jerusalem. The world need needs to know that when one lands in Israel one lands in Jerusalem, the capital of Israel, not Tel-Aviv. Ben Gurion Airport is located between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Israel has done herself disservice as many people, including the United States State Department, recognize Tel-Aviv as the capital of Israel and Israel must be viewed through the mirror of Jerusalem, the city that has been the only capital of the Jewish people’s state.

Israel has sinned for not having an international satellite television station, in English and Arabic, to present her case and points of view around the clock. There is no need for Israel to take a ride on anyone else’s media channel back to present her case and views.

Israel has sinned for not reaching to her friends in the Arab world and there those who fully support her.

Israel has sinned for allowing Israeli academia to go around the world, with impunity, and bash her and call upon others to boycott her, including their own institutions, as well as divest and sanction her.

Israel has sinned for being always on the defense rather than going on the offense and assault.

Israel has sinned for conceding to the idea of 2-states on her own land.

Israel has sinned for conceding to and using the wrong lexicon, i.e. “West Bank,” instead of Judea and Samaria, “Palestinians,” instead of PalArabs, “settlements,” instead of Jewish communities, and “settlers” instead of revenants.

Israel has sinned for evacuating and destroying Gush Katif.

Israel has sinned for destroying Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria.

Israel has sinned for being afraid of the Palestinian Authority that has been involved, for years, in waging a vicious diplomatic, political, legal, intellectual, economic, media, historical and hate-for-hate jihad on her and delegitimizing her while Israel has done nothing to stop this. And Israel has the means to order the Arab-Palestinians to behave as they drink her water, eat her food and earn money from labor she provides.

Israel has sinned in discussing the right of return in the wrong way. She needs to support the right of return of all the Arabs, including the Arab-Palestinians, to the Arab peninsula and neighboring countries from where they came, starting in the 7th century. There is enough space and oil there for all of them.

Israel greatest sin is not to have admitting and behaving along the mantra that “our history in the land of Israel has not begun in 1948.”

We have all sinned for have been on the defense of Israel and Jews. We must go on the offense as all others have much more to hide than what Israel and Jews have.

King David compared the nation of Israel to a vineyard. When it is trampled on it will grow new branches with stronger roots and become even better.(Like a Vineyard:

We have all sinned and thus as of today we begin repenting in deeds and grow stronger.
