It’s time for pragmatic Americans to look at the political landscape presented to them by the Democratic Party. Since Donald Trump’s inauguration on January 20, 2017, the Democrat mantra has been the relentless pursuit of any and every way they can think of to discredit him and hopefully remove him from office.
In those 27 months, they requested a special counsel to investigate the president and his close friends accusing them of Russian collusion, etc. That was granted.
The Democrats demanded an-all-out investigation and got that too. In fact, it lasted an entire two years.
They also wanted Congressional hearings and they got Congressional hearings. So many that it makes the mind spin.
That wasn’t enough so they demanded a report from the Special Counsel. That too was granted.
But much to their dismay, the findings were not what they wanted. So now they want an unredacted report from the Special Counsel. The fact that the report released by the Attorney General had few redactions, they want it anyway. It contains Grand Jury information which by law cannot be made public.
Suicide Mission Ramps Up
The Democrats want it anyway. They want and they want until they have something to use against Trump. They will never stop this endless process because there isn’t anything.
American taxpayers footing the bill for the Democrat’s overt and obvious political maneuvering should be mad by now. Oh, they also want Special Counsel Robert Mueller, their hero until the report showed no collusion, to testify before Congress. Guess what? They’ll get that too.
The entire political scene has become a circus. This has been the full focus of this legislature for two years. Why? Well, the Democrats never recovered from Hillary Clinton’s humiliating defeat, they want power back on their side, and they want Americans to forget the economy is the best it has been in decades.
Here’s a wake-up call; The Democrats have no ideas. What they have is all-out hatred of the man who beat them, and they are perfectly willing to take this country down in their pursuit of their grab for power.
If that means getting a fresh base of voters that includes illegal aliens and prison felons, they are fine with that. If it means lowering the voting age to 16 and abolishing the Electoral College, they want that too.
Are you mad yet that you are being made to look like a sucker?
Something Democrat Party Can’t Escape
But they cannot escape the ‘Trump miracle’ after eight long years of Barack Obama and a dismal economy. More than that, the country is increasingly crediting President Trump with overwhelming job creation, higher productivity and wage gains.
Yet the Democrats think Americans are so dense they will believe the president is “treasonous.” This stupid viewpoint per Rep. and chief conspiracist Adam Schiff. And Shiff says Trump is a Russian agent to boot. The Democrats parade around 18 months before the presidential election like hysterical partisans. Of course, the Democratic Party are hysterical, and partisan.
Americans are ready to move on. The left arm of the Democratic Party, the colluding media, had their chance; many chances in fact. They have a leadership vacuum and act like spoiled children.
Schiff and many others cannot let go. Dozens of investigators and millions of dollars proved nothing, but Schiff and his fellow democrats continue like a heinous crime was committed. The California congressman claims he has proof that Trump colluded but he has nothing. The colluding media reports on all his innuendo, but nothing ever happens. Schiff is the man in charge of the House Intelligence Committee for God’s sake.
The antonym of intelligence is stupidity. Perhaps the committee needs a new name while the democrat party is in charge.
This is a fruitless path for the Democrats. Their House Majority Leader is smart enough to know it. But she is surrounded these days by a handful of far-left socialist lunatics bent on the destruction of the party come November 2020. They will be successful in that destruction if saner heads do not prevail soon.
Far-left Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York and Rep. Rashida Tlaib of Michigan are steadfast in their resolve to impeach Trump. On what charges, nobody knows. One wonders if they have considered what is best for the country. What an incredibly stupid question; of course not.
The political suicide mission many liberal Democrats have taken ensures their demise next year. Their gains in the House will be wiped out, the Republicans will gain seats in the Senate. Trump will be re-elected and the federal judiciary and the Supreme Court will continue to tilt further right.
