What are Your Most Noted Thoughts?

opinions

I have learned over the years my memory isn’t the best. To help my memory I have kept a list of ideas and saying in a note book. When computers came along I began to transfer those ideas to the computer.

Here are a few of these things or ideas and sayings I thought were good some are true and others are thought provoking. I’m not sure where all of these thoughts and sayings came from I have just collected them. If you have any good one just send them to me through News Blaze.

Quirks of man and nature

We can always forgive those who harm us but we can never forgive those who we have wronged.

The path of two ways is defined by rules which have lost their meaning. In most problems there are two ways to go, choose the right way and it works out, choose the wrong way and it fails.

Equality is the mother of righteousness

Inequality is what starts men fighting among themselves, abusing each other, being ambitious and competitive climbers, and making up stories about each other. Wars are also based on these factors. Hate envy, religious bickering, who has truth and the like. Businesses are trained in business management but most businesses deal with people problems because employees can’t get along or customers complain about workers or wrong doing that never happened. What this is saying, man is his own worst enemy.

Equality makes the playing surface the same and everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed or fail, but is does not guarantee success.

Mother Nature’s Revenge

When men misbehave nature responds. Earth quakes, tsunami, hurricanes, tornados, torrential rain, lightening, thunder, floods, all of these could be Mother Nature responding to man’s inhumanity toward man or breaking the laws of God or nature.

Intelligence

There is a limit to genius but no limit on mans stupidity. A genius gives great ideas or inventions to his fellow’s beings but someone turns those ideas or inventions into something that harms those same fellow beings. Again the law of two ways works.

Atheism

The three great apostles of practical atheism that make converts without persecuting and retain them without preaching are health, wealth and power. Plato was right in calling atheism a disease. Atheism is a disease of the soul, before it becomes an error of the understanding.

Avarice

The poor wants things, Middle class want luxury, and Avarice, want all things.

Avarice increases with the increasing pile of gold. The more you have the more you want.

Character

Everyman is the architect of his own character. Only what we have wrought into our own character can we take away with us when we die.

Death

We understand death for the first time when he puts his hands upon one whom we love.

It is natural to man to die as to be born; and to a little infant, perhaps the one is as painful as the other.

Love

The greatest happiness of life is the conviction that we are loved, loved for ourselves, or rather loved in spite of ourselves.

Love which is only an episode in the life of man is the entire history of woman’s life.

Fear

Fear is the tax that conscience pays to guilt. No one loves the man whom he fears.

Fear to the coward is a daily daunting of his fear.

No one can harm the one who does himself no wrong.
