Serbia Aggressor Has No Right to Weep for the Victims of Its Genocide

Opinions of people.

How “generous, humane, democratic and peaceful” is present Prime Minister of the Government of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic? In his public statement to mass media, Vucic suggested that together with his Croatian, Bosnian and Kosovo Albanian counterparts, there should be “a common day for recalling all victims of the war which were caused in territories of the former Tito’s Yugoslavia: Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo, during 1991-1999.”

This is an absurd and cynical proposition. Now, with a full right, the leadership of Croatia, Bosnia and the Republic of Kosovo have dismissed the suggestion because it is only a political and propagandistic character to hide and justify Serbian genocide committed in Croatia, in Bosnia and in Kosovo (1991-1999).

If we accept Vucic’s absurd proposal, then, it will come to the expression to change the bitter historical truth, that “Serbia has not committed three genocides” against the Croatian people, the people of Bosnian Muslim and Albanian people in Kosovo. That would be double fatality – killing of the all innocent civilian victims by Serbian Genocide, and simultaneously, would be forging the recent history of the Croatian people, the people of Bosnian Muslim and Albanian people in Kosovo.

Such an agreement with Serbian Prime Minister Alexandar Vucic would justify the amnesty of Serbian genocide by Europe and by the international community.

Simply, we can not remember together with Serbia and its genocide victims, because neither Croats, nor Bosnian Muslims nor Albanians in Kosovo were not members or allies of Serbia’s barbarous, fascist military, paramilitary and police forces headed by Slobodan Milosevic’s regime in Belgrade (capital city of Serbia, 1989-2000).

This painful and so tragic history of the Croats, Bosnian Muslims and Albanians caused by Serbian fascism and genocide, cannot change the Serbian Orthodox Church, nor Aleksandar Vucic as a Prime Minister, nor Tomislav Nikolic as a President nor Ivica Dacic as Vice-prime minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia. Especially because Serbia hasn’t been punished yet for its three (3) genocides in Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo (1991-1999).

This is injustice, wrong and absurd. Why have Europe and the international community not yet condemned the three genocides by Serbia (1991-1999), as they condemned Hitler’s Nazi Germany for its genocide against the Jews (1939-1945)?!

There cannot be any “common remembering day” for all victims has proposed by Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic because of the fact that there’s no equalization of the victims. The Croatian, Bosnian Muslims and Albanian victims are caused by Serbian aggression and genocide, while Serbian victims are as a consequence of the self-defense and liberty war against the Serbian fascist occupier.

Therefore,we should never accept that, together with the Serbian aggressor, to mourn the victims of Serbian genocide either in Croatia, Bosnia or Kosovo because it would double their murder and concealment of Serbian genocide crimes.

First, should come the admission and apology for Serb genocide committed, then reconciliation and remembrance of the victims!

While Vucic, Nikolic and Dacic say that Serbia has not committed genocide against Croats, Muslims and Albanian, then it is absurd and irrational to accept Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic’s proposal, to set up “Remembrance common day for all victims of the war” (1991 -1999).

In the best case, such a proposal (perhaps) could come into consideration only, if the first, official Belgrade top authorities Vucic, Nikolic, Dacic … etc., would have accepted performance and international legal punishment for each of the three (3) Serbian genocides.

This is only an illusion of wilderness, because it’s the current Serbian ultranationalist leadership, which together with their “messiah” Slobodan Milosevic, have designed and carried out in three neighboring areas their three (3) genocides in the former Yugoslavia. They will never accept that Serbia has conducted three fascist aggressions and genocides.

This proves the negative attitude of the leading Serbian garnished with top leaders Tomislav Nikolic(president), Aleksandar Vucic (prime) Ivica Dacic (deputy prime minister and foreign minister): non-recognition of independent Kosovo; Rejection of the Serbian genocide in Srebrenica, Croatia and Kosovo, too.

When it comes to reconciliation with the Albanians, Serbia has to meet these fundamental previous conditions:

  1. Recognition of the Republic of Kosovo,
  2. Condemnation of Serbian genocide in Kosovo, apologizing publicly and
  3. Compensation of war reparations for destroying of movable and immovable property (1989-1999).

Only after fulfilling of these conditions, will Pristina be ready to give the hand of reconciliation to official Belgrade and Serbs.

Otherwise, until the Serbian Political Orthodox Church and Serbian official top leaders: the President Tomislav Nikolic, Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and Vice Prime minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs of Serbia Ivica Dacic, the claim to the world that “Kosovo is Serbia” would never be reconciliation between the Albanian and Serbian people in the Balkans.

Despite demagogic and hypocritical slogans of “goodwill” and “readiness” of Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic “to establish a regional Remembrance Day to pay tribute to all the victims of the 1990’s wars was instantly rejected by Croatia and Kosovo,” he will never get the hand of reconciliation, neither mourning nor shared smile before Serbia apologizes for the conduct of its genocides against the three countries, Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo (1991-1999).
