I am a Muslim But I don’t Hate the Great America

There is this misconception that Muslims hate America but I am a Muslim. But I am proud to say that I live in America. I love America. I can highly shout to the world that this is the best country.

Muslims that live in the middle-east cannot enjoy financial freedom the way it is enjoyed here. There is no limit to prosperity here. Even the black Muslims in the Nation of Islam can make a living speaking out against the government without repercussions.

If you speak out against the government in other countries, you would probably be labeled a ” traitor .” You will be jailed or perhaps be beheaded. America is the shopping mall of the world. You have everything that a heart could ever want here. The women are free.

The middle-east women are forced to live under the rule of superior male. I know that 9/11 slandered the reputation of Muslims in the eyes of Americans. But terrorists don’t represent all Muslims.I am not one of them.

I just want to tell the Americans not to hate Muslims. Yes Islam is a radical religion and needs to be reformed. It doesn’t mean just because we are Muslims we hate America. I have a prediction that sooner or later more Muslims around the world will flee to America to enjoy the freedom that we all enjoy. We don’t have it our country. We take our freedom for granted.

If I have the power to ban Islam, I would change our radical beliefs. I believe Islam itself creates division and prevents humanity from embracing differences. But there is a beacon of light in the mist of all the confusion and hatred in the world. That is the light that lady liberty holds which stands for the one thing that all human beings seek and that is “Freedom.”

No matter what we proclaim to be, Muslim, Christian or Buddhist, we are one family. We are one nation under one God or whatever we call him. It doesn’t matter. A God who loves liberty and justice for all.
