First Down Mobile, LLC Announces Ribbon Cutting Ceremony September 15, 2009

Ceremony to be held at University of Maryland Gossett Football Team House on September 15, 2009 at 12:45pm

DARNESTOWN, Md., Sept. 10, 2009 – First Down Mobile, LLC announced today that the State of Maryland will be hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony on September 15, 2009 at 12:45pm to introduce First Down Mobile, LLC at the Gossett Football Team House at the University of Maryland, College Park, MD.

The Ribbon Cutting will be attended by Michael T. Jobe, President & CEO of First Down Mobile, LLC, The Honorable Philip Kapneck who serves as the Maryland Trade Ambassador, Robert Walker who serves as the Assistant Secretary of Business and Economic Development for the State of Maryland, Stanley Goldstein former President of the University of Maryland Terrapin Club and Bill McCaffrey who is currently the State of Maryland Commissioner of Sports.

First Down Mobile, LLC is offering an in-seat food and beverage delivery service at Capitol One Field at Byrd Stadium in fall 2009. First Down Mobile, LLC customers will have the ability to order food and beverages to their seat online on www.Firstdownmobile.com or by text message. The company plans to create hundreds of jobs in the University of Maryland community along with increasing University of Maryland fans’ game experience by offering an in-seat delivery service.

First Down Mobile, LLC won First Place honors in the fall 2008 Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship Contest and is currently run by University of Maryland, College Park, MD Alumni.
