Chinita Mexican Bar and Grill Offers Family a Marvellous Place to Dine!

Chinita Mexican Bar and Grill is the new family restaurant in the Village Square [Regal Cinema Center] that delivers authentic Mexican cuisine and drinks with flair.

Chanthy Walsh, the owner who has Sunrisa Grill in Lake Las Vegas wanted to serve the community of Summerland and give everyone an uplifting dining experience. With the weather getting warmer, Chinita has an outdoor patio with red umbrellas and a cozy fire pit, where patrons can enjoy brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-3pm.

Colorfully decorated in reds and golds, with unique picture frames on the walls, there’s a friendly staff and a festive feeling for patrons to enjoy lunch or dinner. My guest, Michael Leonetti, one of the top former entertainers in Las Vegas stated, “This Salsa is a just right. I give it a 10.”

Our culinary journey began with some appetizers, consisting of some quesadillas, jumbo shrimp and fajitas. What makes these dishes so delightful is the spices used in the preparation of the chefs dishes. The skirt steak which Michael enjoyed was served with fresh corn and pinto beans. My dish consisted of salmon and shrimp diablo served on a wooden plank with fresh vegetables. With a full stomach however, there was just a little room for desert. So, with rice pudding and some homemade flan with some fresh coffee, our evening was a delight with some live entertainment and many pretty people.Celebrityscene.com awards Chinita Mexican Bar and Grill a 3 star for original cuisine, service and ambiance.
