Toronto, Ontario (RPRN) 04/06/10 – Sci-fi fans who have always wondered what they might look like as a “Star Pirate” can now find out with Snakehead Games’ newest feature. Snakehead Games, the maker of the popular online player-vs-player games Star Pirates and Spy Battle: 2165, has just launched a fun feature for those who have always wanted to visualize themselves in a sci-fi video game. The Flash-based application allows site visitors, male and female, to upload a photo of themselves and have their likeness imposed onto a screenshot from the Star Pirates game.

“It started out as a tongue-in-cheek feature for our players,” says Colin Ferguson, Director of Marketing for Snakehead Games. “But we think it’s something that sci-fi fans in general can have a bit of fun with.”

The feature can be found on Snakehead Games’ main website, www.snakeheadgames.com, in the right menu bar.
