Hannspree Introduces HannsNote 10″ Ultra-Mobile Laptop PCs

Design-centric consumer electronic products manufacturer, Hannspree North America, just released a new range of 10″ ultra-mobile laptop PCs for the US market. Recommended retail price for the 10 inch laptop is a very affordable $379.99.

Known as the HannsNote, the small laptop is ideal for anyone who is always on-the-go. The stylish device comes in High-gloss Pearl Black or Pearl White. Hannspree designed this laptop with a small footprint, smaller even than a sheet of letter-sized paper.

It is specifically designed to fit in a backpack, a briefcase, or even a large lady’s handbag. The HannSpree is relatively light, with the battery attached, it weighs just 2.9 pounds. It is powered by a 6-Cell Lithum-Ion battery that lasts around 5 hours on a single charge.

This laptop has Intel inside, the latest technology, Intel(R) Atom processor, with Windows(R) XP operating system, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.0, 1.3MP webcam, 3-in-1 card reader, and full-function keyboard.

It also comes with a protective carrying sleeve and cleaning cloth.

Wynn Yiu, president of Hannspree North America, Inc. said the company decided to enter the U.S. mini-laptop market, and called HannsNote “a strong product.”

Wynn Yiu said, “The HannsNote offers many benefits to the consumer. This mini-laptop is ideal for business or school use, or for anyone who is always on-the-go because of its ultra-portability and performance. We are very confident not only in the quality and performance of the HannsNote, but also in the service we provide.”

Founded in 2003, Hannspree came to the U.S. market with a bold new approach to the design and manufacturing of consumer electronics and IT products. They started with three separate brand names. Those names were Hannspree, Hanns-G, and I-INC.

The companybrought together visionary design concepts and state-of-the-art engineering techniques, creating their own category of design-driven, lifestyle-inspired TVs, monitors and digital picture frames.

The Taiwanese company operates from its headquartered in Taipei, but maintains a U.S. headquarters in Irvine, California.
