Jessie Ventura’s Mission to Abolish America’s Two-Party System

Jessie Venture: A Mad Man Or Genius?

Former Navy Seal/Wrestler/Governor Jessie Venture has often been the source of political banter and some would say folly. The latest speculation, is he a mad man or genius? It is a well-known fact that Americas political parties exist in a state of competition, many speculate that this is what makes our democracy work because two parties at war with each other keep monopolies on power/dictatorships from happening.

This has always been the predominant belief over the years in our country, but now men like Jessie Ventura are coming forward and questioning this predominant belief system. Do they have a point, should be the real question we ask ourselves?

Distaste for Modern-Day Political Parties

Joining Piers Morgan live in a June 11th interview, Ventura expressed distaste for modern-day political parties. He Compared Democrats and Republicans to Los Angeles’ most-infamous gangs, Ventura labeled the political parties “Democrips” and “Rebloodicans.” And said they even share the red and blue colors that their infamous counter parts use to identify themselves with. Ventura even went so far as to say the ‘gangs’ in Washington are worse than the ones in Los Angeles.

“The Crips and the Bloods, the street gangs, while they can be devastating to a certain small part of the population, the “Democrips” and “Rebloodicans,” they affect everybody in this country and they’ve been in charge for 100 years.” http://piersmorgan.blogs.cnn.com/2012/06/11/jesse-ventura-on-political-parties-the-best-thing-we-could-do-is-on-every-ballot-remove-all-gang-names-and-gang-symbols/.

“The best thing we could do is on every ballot remove all gang names and gang symbols,” he suggested. “Allow them to run on their names. That way, it becomes important that the voter educate themselves.”

DemoCRIPS and ReBLOODlicans

Ventura’s new book coincidently titled DemoCRIPS and ReBLOODlicans, argues in favor of abolishing all political parties that make up our corrupt two-party system.

“From my perspective, I can’t advocate anymore for third-party politics. We’ve got to face the reality that the two parties control the system to such an extent that, to be viable, a third party would have to sell out and become just as bad.”

Ventura as well as others asserts that corporations have high jacked the American electoral and legislative process through the power of lobbyists, campaign contributions and political action committees.

Two Major Parties Acting Like Gangland Cabal

The blurb on the jacket of Ventura’s book advertises: Ventura “exposes how two major parties, acting like gangland cabal (Crips and Bloods), have allowed corporations, businesses, and politically motivated wealthy individuals to manipulate elections, bribe elected officials, and in short, silence the average American voter,” http://lewrockwell.com/rep3/jesse-ventura-on-fraud.html.
