The Youth Intifada: Palestinians Bred For Destruction

Now we have a name for it: The Youth Intifada. And I thought it was the Jerusalem (Al Aqsa) Intifada, since the perpetrators are all from Jerusalem and claim to themselves and the world they are protecting the Al Aqsa mosque.

With blood the land will be reclaimed! Really, it is the only manner for the Arab youth in Israel to express its frustration, as the negotiations since Oslo have been going nowhere: 22 years and counting.

In the Arab world, the vast majority of males are under the age of 24. Thus, they have been born into a make-believe environment, where Israel talks peace while their own leaders aspire to the destruction of Israel by any and all means.

“We must be free not because we claim freedom, but because we practice it.” – William Faulkner

Who Is At Fault?

Many, especially among Israeli-Americans and American Jewry, would quickly jump and point the finger at Netanyahu for the elusive peace: He (and only he) is at fault. Except, Rabin, Ulmert, Barak – it matters not if the Prime Minister was right or left of center – the result was identical: no progress.

The reason is simple, but it is always easier to blame Netanyahu. He has broad shoulders, and he stands determined. So, he might as well be guilty.

The real reason is that no “Palestinian” leader, from the time this figment of imagination was concocted by Arafat in the classrooms of the Soviet Union, would ever dare enter into a peace agreement with Israel, for that would be signing his own death warrant (not only political but actual, physical death).

Do the “people” want peace? As we look at the ground we see the two sides: one exhausted, exasperated, ready to reach peace at all costs, completely infatuated with finding ways to reach this elusive peace, contrary to any common sense or facts on the ground. It is a side on a mission, a suicide mission.

To avoid confusion, let me call this side by name: Israel.

David The Innocent v. Goliath The Terrible

On the other side, we are told repeatedly, primarily by some very vocal Jews and Israelis, self-haters, and other anti-Semites, “David,” a young, innocent boy, who has been born into the “Occupation” sees no future ahead of him. He thus has no choice than to resort to the meager means in his arsenal, the stones he can pick up from the ground (most recently knives and Molotov cocktails), in order to overcome – to general delight and relief – the oppression and misery by Goliath.

This “David” is so innocent, nothing he does can ever be construed as anything but pure, the very essence of goodness. Thus, when he throws rocks or rockets, it is a peaceful resistance. Molotov cocktails? More of the same. Using a knife to stab people? Oh, ignore the knife. Running over people in a bus, a tractor or a car? Surely an accident, the vehicle had a mechanical failure and went out of control. A combination of running over people and getting out of the vehicle to stab them with a knife or butcher them with an axe? A Zionist Conspiracy! Even if the dead are strewn in the street and the whole episode was documented in real time.

And so the stories go, nothing that happens can ever be construed to be this David’s fault. He is innocent, a complete angel who only knows to do good.

A new fire has been lit, and its flames are roaring upward and upwards. Some say that Abbas, the head of the tribes, has lit the fire and now is afraid of the speed and magnitude it has achieved in such a short period of time. Rest assured, Abbas is not worried. Rather, he is happy as a child, for the fire is consuming every corner; bodies are strewn in the streets of Israel’s major cities. He even blames the “Government of Israel and her herd of Settlers.” Innocence apparently rubs onto him from his armies of “Davids.” As he proudly proclaims: “It is a national Palestinian project; we need to safeguard the achievements thus far.”

Each tiny “David” is an immediate hero, a sensation. Oh, what an amazing success, with so little effort. Even after their death, the winning celebrations continue with extravagant funerals that further inflame the incitement. All Israel has to do is not return the terrorists’ bodies, but it would take her two weeks and numerous attacks to internalize this understanding.

The Propaganda Machine Arises

The world itself is holding its breath: Finally, the rise of the innocent. One by one, unorganized, uncoordinated, motivated and with deep inner conviction, the “Palestinian Davids” are rising up to protect their people, to claim what is rightfully theirs! [There is also a “Palestinian Jesus;” the propaganda machine is working at full speed conjuring up images and supporting them with narrative, movies, songs and caricatures.]

The Los Angeles Times, as expected, already put some of the blame on Israel. Haters are always true to form and never disappoint. There are videos circulating around of “executions” by Israelis, who apparently find it an acceptable pastime to murder or maim Arabs.

Abbas, for instance, blames Israel in a press conference for executing a 13 year old boy (who perpetrated one of the killing sprees), while he knows all too well the boy is alive and receiving treatment at Hadassah hospital in Jerusalem.

The outrage, the feeling of restlessness and the empowerment by the blood flowing and quenching the thirst of the land are all contributing factors. Parents are praising their “innocent” Shahids. They raised them, groomed them for this very moment. Life at its finest! Their dreams for their children have come true.

“Innocent!” Proclaims the Arab media. “Executions by Israel.” “Escalation of the situation by Israel.”

U.S. Administration Supports The Fight Against Israel

And the White House and State Department provide the chorus line, echoing the accusations. Israel is applying “too much force.”

And so, the terror attacks continue. Four yesterday. Three today already and it is only 11:16 A.M.

Israel is at fault, and none of the perpetrators are guilty.

Guilty of what, one asks. Trying to remove the Occupier from their land? Rising up to protect their siblings, parents and grandparents, neighbors and friends? Standing up for the protection of the Al Aqsa mosque, that holy mosque the Zionists did not even realize they are attempting to topple?

This is the land of the absurd, where the devil is standing on the sidelines with the utmost pleasure and orchestrates the crescendos: hit here, hit there, arise, you faithful, arise and strike!

Death And Destruction From Within

Death comes to Israel, and the perpetrators are Israeli Arabs, led by no one else than their own Members of the Knesset, from the podium of the Israeli Parliament itself.

What is happening in Israel is an uprising of Israeli Arabs. It is orchestrated, organized and deliberate. It is supported and encouraged by the populace and its leadership, and the world stands agape and applauds. Finally, the Arab youth rises. Arise, ye faithful, arise and sacrifice yourselves. Stand up to the Occupation. Stand up and show what you have in you!

A special “Day of Rage” was announced in advance. Alas, why bother? These terror attacks commenced two weeks ago and continue on a daily basis. Multiple murderous attacks each day, and they have already spread to all parts of Israel.

For years we have seen no Israel on the map, a rifle superimposed indicating uprising by force. The time has come, and once the lid has been removed, it cannot be put back. Constant, non-stop brainwashing that the totality of Israel is theirs, that Jews are filth and must be killed, finally came to fruition.

Wake Up Israel, Stand Up and Fight!

Israelis, who until two weeks ago lived their everyday life, have awoken to a new reality. They are now unified and one. They are under attack. When the Arab media or Arab governments point a finger at us, Israelis know that the reality in which they now live is one where a young Arab can take out a knife or a gun, or use a vehicle to murder. One must be extra vigilant.

Israelis, right, left and center, know the enemy when they see one. If the head of opposition alongside every Jewish party of the Knesset sides with and supports Netanyahu’s government’s steps to stop this “wave of terror,” one must understand that Israelis are unified; that times are sufficiently dire.

It is the Arab population that chooses to believe that all the perpetrators are innocent heroes, their new “Davids.” Israelis are unified, and determined to survive, to emerge alive.

And that means one thing: With two sides, each fighting to the death, the Jews will survive, as they have for millennia. The world may be swayed toward the lies and deception of the Arabs, and their Song of the Knife, but at the end of the day, there is a limit even to how much the Devil can confuse everyone.

A War To Exterminate The Jews

This is a religious war, a war to exterminate the Jews and create a land free of any Jew. Does that sound familiar to anyone? Go no further than eight decades ago, and the similarities are striking.

Rise, Oh Israel, Rise and Defend Yourself. The world stands on the sideline, cheering and encouraging. The young perpetrators do not mind sacrificing their lives, in waves of homicide lunatic acts. They are not to blame. Their society conditioned them to such a degree that they do what is expected, that for which they have been groomed; to be killing machines filled with vengeance and hatred.

One wave after another, they will come. They will extract a dear price, as much blood as possible. They will become instant heroes in a culture that thrives on death and mayhem.

And then will come the Islamic State, toppling down Egypt and Jordan, Syria and Lebanon. And then in the end, there will be silence.

In the series “Postcards from Israel,” Ari Bussel and Norma Zager invite readers throughout the world to join them as they present reports from Israel as seen by two sets of eyes: Bussel’s on the ground, Zager’s counter-point from home. Israel and the United States are inter-related – the two countries we hold dearest to our hearts – and so is this “point – counter-point” presentation that has, since 2008, become part of our lives.
