Dr. Harounian graduated from UCLA with bachelor of science degree in human physiology in 1996. He then attended New York college of podiatric medicine with academic scholorship and maintained his place in the Dean’s list throughout the entire time. Dr. Harounian graduated in June of 2000 with certification of achievement in principles of osteology, immunology, neuroscience and genetic.

Utilizing his experience, he has also written articles such as “On Their Toes” and “Secrets Of Evolution.” During his residency Dr. Harounian did his rotations in Metropolitan hospital, Wyckoff heights medical center, Manhatan VA, New York community hospital and Midway hospital medical center in Los Aneles. He was also an active participant in the Baja project for crippled children.
