education - ideas.

You’ve been told over and over again you need a college degree to snag a high paying job right? Maybe you’ve even come to believe you may never find any great paying job due to your lack of some college education. Well the reality is: there’re actually high paying employment opportunities out there that doesn’t necessarily require any undergraduate degree to get started.

All you need is a bit of formal training, the willingness to learn, and an unquenchable passion to make something of yourself.

According to a study by Indeed, there are many non-graduate jobs that pay over $50,000 per year. In conducting this research, they compared the average wage of tens of thousands of job adverts posted on job boards, then using a special algorithm were able to work out which job does not require a degree.

Also from data released by the Office of National Statistics, nearly 29 percent of graduates earn less than those who entered the workforce through apprenticeship and training.

Still not convinced?

According to an article on The Wall Street Journal “the number of good jobs for non-graduates rose from 27 million in 1991 to 30 million in 2015, this means the share of all good jobs for non-graduates stood at 45 percent of the job opportunities available.”

And a report released by a group of researchers from Georgetown University showed that these 30 million well-compensated jobs pay a minimum of $35,000 and a yearly average of $55,000.

So regardless of your lack of college education, there’re good jobs you can pursue albeit some of them may require some form of training or apprenticeship.

So if you’re ready, here’s the list:
