Without Legitimacy, Nepal Moving On A Risky Path
A living fish swims in the pond but a dead fish floats with the stream. The living fish preys on insects in the pond but when it is dead, the same type of insects prey on its corpse. This is the rule of nature. The sky cannot have two suns, there is one and only sun in the sky. The sun sets in the evening and rises in the morning.
A civilized society is created by embracing the truth that can be grasped by human life systems. Unfortunately, it is not the case with Nepal. The term of President Rambaran has expired although he and the four patties syndicate including the Chief Justice Khilraj Regmi are riding on the ghost of the second Constituent Assembly (CA) election and using faulty logic and giving fallacious statements. They are merely trying to keep the people in an illusion.
The Party leaders, including the Maoists - Prachanda, Baburam Bhattarai, the NC - Sushil Koirala, Shere Bahadur Deuwa, the UML - Madhab Nepal, Jhalanath, the Madhesi - Bijaya Gachhadar, Rajendra Mato and others must see that dead fishes are floating in Rani Pokhari (Queen Pond of Kathmandu). When they pretend not to acknowledge such things, they get slapped by their activists. So, let's not forget that the leaders that betray the nation will be subject to attack from all corners of the nation and people, not just political activists. Now, without a constitution, they are going for a second Constituent Assembly election to break Nepal by the Indian nefarious design.
Dark Secrets From 1998 Revealed
A Maoist party leader has disclosed facts relating to his senior leaders Prachanda and Baburam in Jana Aastha weekly -
"In 1988, the then King Birendra gave continuity to King Mahenda's line of opposition to Indian expansionist policy by importing arms from China. As a result, India started on a conspiracy to cut the rights of the King. King Birendra was prepared to bow before the people of the nation but not before India. Nepali Congress (NC) was ideologically pro-Indian. After the murder of Madan Bhandari, UML also became pro-Indian. Then the Mahakali Treaty took place. To forestall the possibility of an alliance between the royal palace and the ongoing Maoists' insurgency India worked on to massacre the family of King Birendra using the Devyani Rana the daughter of Pashupati Shamshere Rana."
"After the King's murder in 2001 Maoists' Prachanda and Baburam jointly sent a secret letter of subordination to Indian Prime Minister. Then Maoists' leaders including Mohan Vaidya (Kiran) were captured in India. In 2004 Kul Bahadur K.C (Sonam) and Anil Sharma (writer) among other leaders were apprehended in Patna. Bhattarai was feeling safer in India than in Nepal. Meanwhile the succeeding King Gyanendra was not ready to accept some advices from India. A rift was created between the palace and India. And then, Delhi did not need the necessity of Gyanendra. They surrendered to the policies of Prachanda and Bhattarai. On basis of this foundation a 12 point pact was reached. The 12 point understanding joined hands with the Indian expansionist policy. The information that Maoist - Ananta, who was in charge of the Valley, was working as the representative of Baburam Bhattarai was made public."
"To stop a conspiracy against Prachanda from leaking and to maintain trust; to increase the trust with India Ananta plotted another conspiracy and a plan to kill Jamin Shah (head founder of Daily Paper Space Times and Nepal Channel-TV). All the plans from smuggle of red sandal wood, Yarsagumba, fake note transaction to the murder of Jamin Shah was made at the house of Ramhari Shrestha in Koteshwor. Ramhari knew everything. Then, Ramhari became a danger for Maoists. Then permission from Prachanda was taken to interrogate Ramhari thought he was innocent, he was tortured in Chitwan and subsequently murdered." (Anil Sharma (Birahi), Jana Aastha 26 Oct, 2012)
The true character of the Maoists can be acknowledged by the anarchist activities of Maoists from here.
The People Are Very Angry
People are so aggressive against the leaders of the Maoists, Congress, and UML. We remember the past days of the party leaders' notorious activities - villager Devi Prasad Regmi, who slapped UML chairman Jhalanath Khanal in Sunsari has said - "All the people from Mechi to Mahakali must rise and we must dig a pit even for 601 CA members in front of the CA building to bury them alive." (20 Nov. 2012 Saurya Daily) Such is the peoples' wrath against the traitors inside of the ruling parties that came after 2006. Gradually, Prachanda and Susil Koirala were attacked by their workers.
But it will not be so good by beating these traitors. They must be incarcerated in implication of treason. The state must keep these traitors on low nutrition food that barely sustains life. They must be showcased in the zoo as traitors and if any foreign tourists want to have a look at them they should be charged only Rs.1/- with which we can buy these traitors' food. It is not taken as a good thing to beat and kill anyone from the Hindu and Buddhist point of view. No one can be secure by lying, swindling, threatening, stealing, kidnapping and murdering others. The frustration and anger of Nepalese people against the leaders who associate themselves with the Maoists' party, NC, UML and Madhesi parties is simmering.
America Has Its Own Traitorous Leaders
The reaction and feeling of people is unexpected which indicates in the president's election in America. As Obama has been elected the President of the US for the second term, that country is on the verge of division on differences pertaining to ideological grounds. Following the Presidential election, twenty federal states put forth twenty demands to become independent. The constitution of the US has no such provision for separation of the states. Despite that it is their opinion that the 50 states that make the US that gained independence from British colonization cannot be stopped from being different. As the saying goes, sin cries from the depths, this is the result of world suppression by the US in the name of religion; weapons and human rights. During the establishment of communism, the Soviet Union was created with a combination of 15 states. It broke down after 70 years. After World War II, America and Russia rose as the world's two super powers. America led the capitalist camp while Russia the communist bloc. The ensuing tussle between these two powers spread to the countries throughout the world creating disturbances. In 1990, Soviet Russia dissolved and now there are indications of USA meeting a similar fate. "Sin is crying from the rooftops."
People Of Nepal Must Participate To Save The Nation
Now, in Nepal, by trying to stop the light of the sun with his palm, Rambaran, the CJ Khilraj Regmi and four parties syndicate are saying that it has become dark in the name of the Second Constituent Assembly. They are lying and they cannot keep the nation in ignorance forever. There was never any consensus on the part of the political stakeholders after the CA election. How can they reach anywhere? With the death of the Constituent Assembly, they are feigning consensus and trying to make the world mad. In reality the Maoists, Congress, UML and Madhesi politicians are of the same type. Congress, UML, the so-called Joker president Rambaran and the CJ Khilraj Regmi - an Indian puppet - and other trivial parties should have to be put on trial, keeping them in jail for the sake of Nepalese prestige and sovereignty.
To give the nation a solution we must honor the unchangeable provisions of the 1990 constitution. There is no alternative to move ahead in consensus for change on the foundation of the 1990 constitution with constitutional monarchy. Monarchy is very popular in Nepal. Nepal should operate under the authority of Narayanhiti, not Delhi or any other traitors. To save the national prestige of Nepal, all the patriotic forces of the nation-Nepalese people, monarch, all nationalists within political parties, the court, the national army, and employees must actively participate in saving the nation.
