Ashley Judd Mulling Senate Bid

By   get stories by email

"It seems Ashley Judd is taking to the next level her close look at a Senate bid against Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky.: Earlier this week, the Hollywood actress reportedly met with the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee in Washington."

Minority Leader Mitch McConnell's scowl is etched on his face, he always looks like he is sucking on a lemon while a proctologist is giving him a rectal exam.

Simply from an aesthetics point of view the beautiful Ashley Judd would be a huge improvement over McConnell.

But don't get me wrong, Ashley Judd is no bimbo starlet; she's an intelligent, eloquent and forceful advocate for her liberal philosophy. Judd is a graduate of Harvard University, a Global Ambassador for YouthAIDS, and a tireless advocate for progressive causes.

Judd is younger, and more gorgeous than Sarah Palin, plus she has a brain. I hope Judd wins the Senate seat for Kentucky, and goes on to become the first female President of the United States.
