Fiorella's History

Fiorella's has an interesting background, as its chef Franco Guardascione is originally from Naples, Italy.

Franco migrated to the United States in the 1980's, and considering how he came from a family of nine siblings, food played an important part in his life.

This talented chef settled in Long Island, NYC working with Umberto's Pizza and Restaurant in Patchogue. Such experience broadened his skills in the area of preparing fine cuisine.

In 1992 Franco and his wife Fiorella, along with their two sons, Jack and Franco Jr., moved to Boca Raton, Fla. where Franco had been a chef for Renzo's of Boca for 14 years.

Unique Dining Experience

Franco and Fiorella have united to bring the best in Italian cuisine and home style atmosphere to Fiorella, a unique Italian dining experience.
