'Thrift Shop' By Macklemore Tops Billboard Chart

"Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' 'Thrift Shop' featuring Wanz is No. 1 on the U.S. record chart, Billboard.com reported Thursday."

Vanilla Ice's "Ice Ice Baby" is presented as the prime exhibit that white dudes can't rap. But Eminem isn't an aberration; white guys can indeed rap, as long as they keep it real, and don't pretend to be black.

Macklemore is a Mack Daddy and he has all the ingredients to become a huge rap star: Swagger, killer rhymes, his own unique style, and the biggest Johnson in the business (or so he claims).

I'm not crazy about the rap genre but after watching "Thrift Shop" I have an irresistible compulsion to clean out my fave thrift shop, but on my dancing shoes, and rap my head off.

I don't care if you are black, white, brown, yellow or purple you are going to love "Thrift Shop"! Check it out!
