10-Foot Python Hitched A Ride On An Airplane
"A nearly 10-foot python hitched a ride on a Qantas flight out of Australia Thursday, much to the amazement of passengers.
The snake, a scrub python, was spotted on the wing of the Qantas flight to Papua New Guinea around 6:15 a.m., The Sydney Morning Herald reported."If I saw a 10-foot python hitching a ride on my airplane, like Samuel L. Jackson I might utter an expletive lamenting the snake on the plane, but then what?
If I reported the snake to a flight attendant, I'm afraid he would look out the window, not see anything unusual, and then look at me as if I were crazy.
Of course a smartphone camera never works when you want it to, if I tried to film the snake on the plane, the SD card would probably explode, and I would manage to film only the fat girl sitting next to me giving me dirty looks.
The odds are excellent that the snake didn't survive its ordeal; the poor thing was fighting 400km/h winds and a temperature of minus 12 degrees.
Did anybody stop to consider that if there was a giant snake outside the plane, that maybe there was one inside the plane as well?
