NASA Flooded With Calls About End of the World
"If there's one government agency really looking forward to Dec. 22, it's NASA.
The space agency said it has been flooded with calls and emails from people asking about the purported end of the world â€" which, as the doomsday myth goes, is apparently set to take place on Dec. 21, 2012.
The myth might have originated with the Mayan calendar, but in the age of the Internet and social media, it proliferated online, raising questions and concerns among hundreds of people around the world who have turned to NASA for answers.
I am shocked beyond words, not that anyone believes the world will end tomorrow, but that anybody would believe that a government agency has any answers.
Everybody, not just conservatives, realize that government has a tendency to screw things up a million and one ways.
If an intelligent person has questions about the End of the World, he will consult a psychic, Honey Boo Boo Child, or get stoned out of his mind.
He won't seek answers from NASA or any other government agency. If the government had indisputable proof that the world was ending on Dec. 21, they would confiscate all the good weed, but they wouldn't tell us squat.
Don't be a moron and call NASA for answers, consult a psychic and both of you can get high waiting for the Apocalypse.
