Fake TV Designed To Fool Stupid Burglars

By   get stories by email

"A Minnesota company is marketing a product called FakeTV, which is designed to produce a TV-like light to deter potential burglars.

The product is available for $34.95 at FakeTV.com."

For the same price you can buy an old analog TV at a flea market, it will do a much better job than a fake TV in deterring burglars.

The fake TV simulates scene and color changes, fades, and on-screen motion, but it doesn't emit any sound. A Real TV with sound is better than a dozen silent fake TV's.

Better yet, buy a real German Shepherd, his barking will deter any burglars prowling around your neighborhood.
