Man, 67, Accused Of Dumping Soiled Adult Diapers On Road

By   get stories by email

"Authorities in California said a man accused of repeatedly dumping soiled adult diapers on roads faces a misdemeanor charge.

The Orange County District Attorney's Office said Tomoo Kawai, 67, of Newport Beach, allegedly dumped bags of soiled adult diapers in roadways in Newport Beach and Laguna Beach on multiple occasions from June 27 to Sept. 24."

The judge should throw the book or a bunch of soiled adult diapers at this scofflaw. This old coot should be charged with littering, and creating a road hazard.

Kawai faces as much as six months in jail if convicted on the charge of prohibited waste disposal. If he is sentenced to jail, the correctional officers should issue him only a pair of adult diapers. Let him walk around the Big House wearing only diapers. I bet you this creep will dispose of his dirty diapers properly behind bars; he knows that his fellow jailbirds will beat the crap out of him if he doesn't.

Don't feel sorry for this old man, save your tears for the city workers who had to pick up his crap.
