Nepalese Higher Leaders Demoralized From Threats

By

The very essence of leadership is that one should have a clear vision to move the certain path where we are engaged. The highest result of politics is to work according to the ideology with tolerance, in social service is to work with participation and in literature is to exercise creatively. Those who live in the glass houses should not throw stones at others'. But, I regret the fact that many people reached in the high posts of the state and many literary figures are of opportunistic disposition.

Such judgment is not necessarily carried out on general subjects that do not have a national status. In carrying out good works the general public receives commendation from the society and punishment from the police administration if they commit wrong acts. It is not unusual.

However, those leaders, who have gained national status by reaching coveted position, if they show opportunistic inclination in doing their job, they become subject of internal condemnation. If we do not oppose such opportunists we will be trampling our senses of morality. We don't want yes-men in my country. We want everyone to tell the truth, even it costs our jobs. The great hope of society is the individual character. But, almost the human beings are losing their horizons for their foolishness.

I remember the lines of a poem written by a poet Siddhicharan Shrestha,- 'Who is coming in this path with forgetting and defeating, who can't understand the truth, who follows the fallaciousness, and going downward and cries himself as a great. He is man but mindless is coming through the path.'

Humans are multi-faceted. Some are like great Buddha, some are simple and some die a disgraceful death. It is not easy to reveal the dark characteristics of those who transform from being an opportunist to reactionary. In trying to disclose the identities of opportunistic leaders and litterateurs, patriotic people like us fall in the possibility of being accused. Great poet Bhawabhuti said- 'An innocent person also may be caught in accusation when indicting a criminal or murderer.'

I want to mention some of the incidents in which I have issued threats and attacked those whom I considered opportunists and possessing the characteristics of foreign tools. But people say- 'Why do you want to become outspoken by opposing someone else?' But, I express that the works of the nation is a common property by any means. If we do not oppose those who betray the nation it would be tantamount to supporting their treacherous works.

It is necessary to remember- if Money is lost nothing is lost, heath is lost something is lost, but Character is lost everything is lost. These opportunists, brokers, corrupt and reactionaries have their own gangs. Such culprits don't like to follow the evergreen way of life. They are disposed to spreading a pal of illusion over the society so as to make their effort to pillage state coffer less difficult.

In such context a sincere and loyal servant of the nation finds it hard to move forward. However, if we can disclose facts against these liars, even if it may be a bit late, it will certainly be lasting. King Mahendra had once told me in a meeting- 'Who speaks frankly is always glad' and I remember the line of one of his poems- 'Never be disgraced to work in this lovable world.'

Former Foreign Minister Shailendra Kumar Upadhaya since 1961 had been a responsible minister and a confidant to King Mahendra during the Panchayat system. In 15 December, 1960 he was outspoken and he wrote a lot in consideration of its importance and necessity. And after the re-establishment of Party-democracy in 1989, he wrote an article for Kantipur daily under the title- 'Poush 1st, (dismissed the parliamentary democracy-15 Dec.) a black day'. After reading the article I got angry too much. That day was the King Birendra's birth Day- Poush 14th. We were at Tundhikhel- Army ground for celebration the King's Birthday. In 1972 I had given a gift of Atharai's Khukuri (a Nepalese sword) to King Birendra. The King took out the sword from its sheath and handled it dexterously- how well!

Trained the King was. As for me I can't put that sword in its sheath in such a prompt manner. Then I wrote an article for Nepal Samacharpatra daily the same day mentioning King Birendra and his handling of the Khukuri. I then met Shailendra Kumar. Then I told him before the big groups of VIP, "Eh! Traitor! Don't you have any shame! Why you wrote '1st Poush' black day after drinking so much blood of King Mahendra? Eh! Traitor and contractor! Actually you are just a son of Chandra Shekhar, the traitor of Sugauli Treaty-1816?" This message was published in different newspapers the next day. I just pounced at him and that day. From that day onwards whenever we met he could not look at me in the eye. He died at the bottom of Mt. Everest. Without writing any such article.

DP Adhikary and Sri Bhadra Sharma entered the Panchayat from the Communist and Congress and participated in the formulation of the draft of the 1980 constitution. I invited them to speak a lot through the Panchayat Analysis Center as a chairman. I used to respect them. I maintained a good relationship. Later DP and Shri Bhadra both became ministers.

Before 1961, he was the secretary general of Nepali Congress under the chairmanship of BP Koirala. Such person, in 1977 Shri Bhadra pressed for taking action against BP Koirala, in Rajbiraj, forgetting his past life which I read in Gorkhapatra daily. I was very much angry with him. Later he joined the Congress and wrote an article for Kantipur daily under the title, 'BP was a great patriotic democrat.' Then I took him to be a sheer reactionary.

At the time when he was a minister for a monarch he sought to take action against BP, but when the multiparty system came he praised the same BP in hope of gaining favor for a powerful position in the state government. 'Due to such opportunist, Nepal has been destroyed,' I wrote repeatedly in various weekly newspapers; after which Shri Bhadra had not the courage to show his face. He did not write anymore and died with regret and pain.

Taking the then Prime Minister Surya Bahadur Thapa to be a wise person I started to become close to him from 1968. From that same year I found Surya Bahadur to be an egoist, fake nationalist and a sycophant. I stopped meeting him. In 1979 we were both members of the parliament and he became PM at the time of referendum. I started to oppose his corrupt ventures after referendum openly.

One day he was giving a speech at the National City hall and accusing everyone of corruption. Then I stood up from where I was seated and in a threatening tone said, 'Eh! You should speak about the acts of corruption that you carried out during your term.' Then everyone stood up in fear. He was foaming like a dead person. In 1977 during a district assembly at Dhankuta he had to show off as a nationalist by unnecessarily calling for execution of BP Koirala.

After 1977 he became PM repeatedly during the King's rule, and even after 2003 Surya bahadur Thapa became PM succeeding Lokendra Bahadur Chand. Lokendra was also known incompetent.

But, Surya bahadur is more dangerous than the non-starter Lokendra. I puzzled- and I wrote- why the self-advisors of the King deceived the King? Within a month after he was hauled to the PM's post I published an article in the Kantipur daily on 15 July 2003 saying, 'The nation has been pushed into the trap of darkness in appointing such a fatal and corrupt a person as Surya Bahadur to the post of premiership. Surya Bahadur will drown the nation attacking to the party leaders and betray the monarch and run away.' The degree of truth in that article everyone witnessed as the incidents unfolded. Since 2006, the strong monarchist-SB Thapa is a staunch republican. Congress conferred the BP award on that same reactionary in 2012. How shameful! After he became a republican I have written many articles revealing his true identity and accusing him of being a pro-Indian traitor and corrupt. Now Surya Bahadur is like a living corpse in Nepalese political scenario. Please search Google >Corrupts Panchas's Party Unity>

A writ petition was filed on 12 March 1996 at the Supreme Court against the government decision to scrap the pension of former lawmakers and only provide allowances to lawmakers coming after 1991. After two years' debate in Supreme Court, seven member benches that included veteran justice Keshav Prasad Upadhaya, took the decision on 24 December 1997, saying that although Panchayat lawmakers are also as parliamentarians of the democratic system but they are not entitled to pension. As soon as the verdict was taken we shouted slogans- 'Bhrasta Nyayadish Murdabad' (down with corrupt justice)'. When we shouted- 'A son of a clerk like Keshav Prasad has such and such an intellectual disposition.' Then he was insulted and demoralized.

A day after all of the newspapers had this news published. The justices were inclined to sue us. We won the case. Although Keshav Prasad went on to become Chief Justice he could not raise his head with dignity. He is undergoing severe pain. Another petition was filed at the Court after which, a verdict annulled the pervious provision allowing the lawmakers after 1991 from receiving pension.

Likewise, I had judged Kirtinidhi Bista in the status of a sincere nationalist. In 2005, when the King chaired the cabinet he approved of Rs. 1 million budget uselessly which he used to build his own house. Then on the day of Bhanu Jayanti in front of the Bhanu's statue at Rani Pokhari, I cried before everyone by saying, 'Should you betray the nation and the King by taking Rs. 1 million at such a time?' Since then he could not rise in politics with a bright face. When former Prime Ministers Dr. Giri and Kirtinidhi Bista became vice chairmen under the leadership of the monarch I raised the issue of their characteristics. They were plunged into difficulty. Because, his gentle past life may be teased him.

During the King's rule another brute Dr. Sundarmani Dixit published an article emphasizing that the status of Hindu Kingdom and the royal institution is Nepal's traditional identity. I went to his house early in the morning to congratulate him. He had written the article with the intention of gaining a ministerial portfolio from the King. Later when he was not appointed a minister he became a Maoist. It was a day Martyrs' Day in Nepal.

I was speaking at a mass meeting at Mangal Bazaar in Lalitpur district. He had also been invited in the meeting. When I saw him I said, 'There is an opportunist traitor before me. If he expresses tribute to the martyrs it will be shameful. I strongly pointed out in bitter words that I feel disgusted when such traitors remember the martyrs. We could see that he was nervous and jittery. Since then that reactionary doctor seemed depleted of air in his body.

Similarly, I was in good terms with his big brother Kamal Dixit, since his visit to Atharai-Eastern Nepal in 1959. He had published a biographical book through Mahesh Prasai. I had also been invited and I went. Next year I was invited to a book release function by Kamal Dixit in which the book was released through Narendra Prasai who married Mahesh Prasai's wife Indira Prasai- his nephew's wife and the book was published spending Rs. 500,000 was spent on behalf of his biography by Narendra Prasai and Indira Prasai. I felt disgusted and I did not go.

I spat on him. Should we make all litterateurs goats just because there are economic incentives? It was not enough for him to eat useless black money (Barmaso) of wife of Matdan shamsher-queen Jagdamba and he went on to write his autobiography through such disgusting lots. Since then, his face has never been bright. He fell into the swamp alive. I hear that he does not speak to those who had written the autobiography.

Since the 2006 uprising all leaders have felt that they are King. They superseded the 1990 constitution with an interim constitution. Its drafter and Supreme Court's former justice Laxman Aryal submitted the draft of the interim constitution that is like a monkey's tail, which is neither like a baton nor a weapon. In reality that was a declaration paper of the Maoists. That was implemented. A grand gathering was organized at the Shankar Hotel in Lazimpat under the chairmanship of Laxman Aryal. I also got an opportunity to speak in that meeting. I attacked him with high sound- 'I feel disgusted speaking when the chairperson of this meeting is a traitor.

This is the same person who trampled on constitutionalism, being a drafter of 1990 constitution who drafted as a head-person to draft an interim constitution to drown the nation. He was so much angered at this that my microphone was cut off. Commentator Malla K. Sundar eased the situation saying that it is Dirgha Raj's personal views. Then he went on to announce another speaker. From that day Laxman Aryal's influence dwindled. He also died of such pain. Likewise, during the King's rule I strongly opposed Sharad Chandra Shah and Ramesh Pandey that they would contribute to the fall of the nation by giving ill advises to the King. It was published in many newspapers. They too became demoralized and could not show their faces.

These days the subject of my criticism is the Maoists' leader and Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai's past and present acts. During the insurgency in 1995, I wrote many articles for many newspapers in support of Baburam Bhattarai. Then I felt that Baburam was a patriot. After the 12 point pact reached in New Delhi I started to delve deeper into Baburam's reality. I found out that he was a traitor, a criminal. He is now working at a scheme to terrorize the Nepalese people and unleash a blood bath. Likewise, I have written many articles mentioning the names of Congress' Girija and UML's Madhav Nepal like foreign contractors.

On 10 August 2009 I had published an article in Tarun weekly under the title, 'Let's Raise Sword against the Traitors' in which I predicted that India was willing to swallow Nepal using RAW agent the Maoist Baburam Bhattarai. He filed a case in the court against me. After a debate that went on for two and a half years and at a time of Baburam's current term the court gave a verdict in my favor when he is PM. Now he is also like a live corpse. In reality like a goat with a human head, Baburam's body is Nepalese but his heart Indian. His identity was further disclosed when he filed a case against me. He has not been able to raise his head with dignity.

I have not seen a more fatal traitor and sinner as Baburam Bhattarai who pushed for annulment of the case pending in the court against the murderers of a nationalist former minister from Siraha Krishna Charan Shrestha- a very popular people's leader and many other cases as such. He invites foreigners who like to suck the blood of Nepal mother, and he carries with him a team of murderers. there are such corrupts 15 to 20 traitors who enjoy power, like the former PM late Girija Prasad Koirala, who had been an advocate of the royal institution and democracy and later a staunch republican, his daughter Sujata Koirala, former PM and minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, Ramchandra Poudel, Narahari Acharya, Ramsaran mahat, Madhav Nepal, Bamdev Gautam have drained the state coffer. After 2006 they came under the influence of the Indian intelligence agency and agreed for a 12 point understanding. Following the uprising they reached an agreement with the monarch but later went on to declare the state secular, republic and impose federalism.

I have written many articles published in various newspapers against these 15 to 20 traitors like the Maoists-Prachada, Baburam Bhattarai, agent of CIA and advocate of Free-Tibet Padmaratna Tulathar that have demoralized in revealing their true identity. If one searches for my name in google.com that person will come across my articles which will reveal a lot of facts. My belief is firmly rooted in the fact that 'only truth and only truth emerges victorious'. I am proud of the fact that I have not been attracted by any power position and economic benefits have always been able to reveal the facts of traitors and corrupt leaders.
