Death Comes to Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festival

Fresh from the Bram Stoker International Film Festival near London, UK, where Death won both the Best Director and Audience awards, the film will screen at the Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festival (HRIFF), Sunday, December 9, 3:30 p.m. at Bellvarado Studios, 2107 Bellevue Avenue, Los Angeles.

Featuring Paul Freeman (Raiders of the Lost Ark, Hot Fuzz), Leslie Phillips (Late Bloomers, Harry Potter), and Linal Haft (Moulin Rouge!) and written and directed by British TV veteran and BAFTA winner Martin Gooch, Death tells the tale of four estranged siblings brought together by their inventor father's sudden death.

Searching for clues to what happened, the adult children discover that if they can't overcome their differences and work together, all will be lost. An audience favorite at 10 film festivals in the past six months alone, Death is "a wonderfully British, clever, charming and funny film." (Louis Savy, London Sci-Fi Film Fest)

HRIFF screens independent films, shorts and documentaries to honor the best in new filmmaking. Emerging filmmakers screen alongside the most accomplished names in Hollywood. The event runs December 3-12. Tickets are available at http://hrifftickets.eventbrite.com/

Death is available for worldwide distribution through Leomark Studios, LLC.
