Lady Blames God For Speeding

By   get stories by email

"Police officers in Fort Pierce, Fla., busted Melissa Miller for allegedly driving her car at 100 mph in a 30 mph zone, while sounding her horn and sticking her arm out the window. When cops asked her why she was going so fast, Miller reportedly said she was letting 'the Lord's spirit' guide her. She also claimed the big guy upstairs had told her to honk the horn."

I've been busted for speeding, more than once, but I've never had the audacity to blame my reckless behavior on the Lord.

This lady serves a real bad-ass deity, not only does he instruct her to speed, but he also commands her to honk the horn, and stick her arm out the window!

The cop should have told her that he was on a mission from God to haul off crazy drivers to jail.

God can be a real wise guy, he may have told her to speed, but I doubt he provided her with bail money.

I have a feeling the judge isn't going to sentence her to recite a dozen Hail Marys, she's going to end up serving a few weeks or months in the Big House.
