Lady Flees in High Heels After Crashing Truck Into Bar

By   get stories by email

"A woman crashed a pickup into a bar Wednesday morning, then ran away in high heels, police and witnesses said.

She was headed south in the 1800 block of Quintana Road about 7 a.m. when she veered into oncoming traffic, clipping a Hyundai Accent before barreling through a parking lot and into Dayzee Dukes Saloon, police said."

It would have been an eerie example of synchronicity if this lady had been rocking Daisy Dukes when she plowed into the Dayzee Dukes Saloon.

This woman was probably intoxicated; she might as well have sashayed into the bar and had a couple of more drinks before the cops showed up.

A beer truck driver chased the fleeing suspect, it's unclear if he wanted her phone number of if he wanted to make a citizen's arrest.

A cop said "she could be charged with fleeing the scene of an accident." No sh** Sherlock!
