Nude Shoplifter Arrested At A Big Lots Store
"A nude woman was arrested Tuesday outside Big Lots in Lacey after she tried on a coat, and then dropped it as she fled, according to Lacey police.
Sgt. Adam Seig said he arrested the woman on suspicion of indecent exposure after 3 p.m. when officers saw her, unclothed, running in and out of traffic in the parking lot."This woman seems to be unclear on the concept of shoplifting; you're supposed to wear bulky clothing to hide all the items you plan on stealing.
The lady didn't have any identification, and if I were the cop who arrested her, I would not have asked her for any identification. I would be afraid she would retrieve it from her nether regions.
This shoplifter is obviously demented, no shoplifter worth his salt steals from Big Lots, everything they sell is remanufactured.
I don't think this is a criminal justice issue, but a mental health problem. I hope the poor woman gets the help she needs.
