'Ghost' Tries To Rob Subway Restaurant, Employee Hurls Soup At Him
"A man who attempted to rob a Subway Sandwich franchise disguised with a ghost mask didn't have a ghost of a chance against the employees who thwarted the robbery by throwing soup at the thug.
The attempted robbery took place Friday evening in Braidwood, Ill., when the suspect, described as a 6-foot-tall, 250-pound white man in a ghost mask, barged into the Subway looking for trouble, not a $5 footlong, TheFW.com reported."
My friends we are living in very dangerous times, and it behooves everyone, not just Subway employees, to always be armed. I never leave home without a weapon, and it's not a can of soup that I'm packing in my pocket. Is that a can of Campbell Soup in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?
But if you are caught unawares by a bad dude, improvise; almost anything can serve as a weapon, even a pot of soup.
The Subway employee wasn't afraid of no ghost, and he hurled the soup at the robber. I didn't know that Subway sold soup, he could also have wacked the bad guy with a footlong sub.
The bad dude was all trick and no treat; I hope that he spends Halloween in the slammer.
