California Benefits Professionals at All Levels Can Gain Comprehensive Training at The 15th Annual Employee Benefits Symposium on March 23, 2012 in San Jose, CA

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Feb. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The 15(th) Annual Employee Benefits Symposium, the premier source of employee benefits information for executives, plan fiduciaries, human resource and benefits professionals, will be held Friday, March 23, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Doubletree Hotel in San Jose, California.

The symposium will address current issues and new challenges related to structuring employee benefits in the competitive San Francisco Bay Area employment market. The expansion of complex government compliance requirements and runaway medical care costs will also be examined. Attendees can choose from five different tracks of benefits training, each tailored to fit varying levels of experience and needs: from new HR professionals to executives and CFOs who have financial responsibility for benefits and retirement plans. Programs will include expert and knowledgeable speakers in the areas of legal, compliance and employee benefits. The afternoon session will include a very relevant Employment Update by expert attorneys in the field.

The Symposium's luncheon presentation features "The Changing Landscape of Healthcare." Experts will focus on the challenges in today's healthcare delivery system and discuss how to solve employers' cost problems. Prominent medical care and insurance carrier executives are on the panel from Cigna HealthCare, Kaiser Permanente, Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, Palo Alto Medical Foundation/Sutter Health, Stanford Hospital & Clinics and United Healthcare.
