LyondellBasell's Brown Slated as Keynote Speaker for World Refining and FUEL Conference in San Diego

"The conference will feature global thought leaders engaging in discussion and debate over how to effectively deal with current and future regulatory constraints," said Kristine Klavers, senior vice president, Hart Energy.
