Company Names Judy Madden VP of HR and Alexander Castro as VP of Product Strategy and Management to Help Scale With Escalating Demand for Its Intent-Based Search Advertising Technology

Adchemy, Inc., a leading advertising technology company, today announced the appointment of Judy Madden, vice president of human resources (HR), and Alexander Castro, vice president of product strategy and management, to its management team. The addition of Ms. Madden and Mr. Castro comes at a time of significant growth and expansion for Adchemy as market demand for the company's intent-based paid search advertising technology continues to accelerate.

"This is an exciting time for Adchemy as paid search undergoes massive transformation, where the reliance on keywords alone for effective ad campaigns has run its course," said Murthy Nukala, CEO, Adchemy. "It is crucial for us to have a deep leadership bench in place as more and more advertisers and consumers alike begin discovering the true value of our Adchemy IntentMap™ technology. Judy's experience recruiting top talent, as well as Alex's technology expertise and product vision will be invaluable during this exciting phase of growth and expansion."

Adchemy's priority for 2012 is to hire top talent. With this goal in mind, Ms. Madden will be responsible for managing the process of employee acquisition and retention as well as overseeing general HR policies. As a senior HR leader, Ms. Madden has a wealth of experience leading multi-national teams in fast-paced industries. She most recently served as vice president of HR at Grass Valley USA, a pioneer in video technology, where she was responsible for human resources worldwide across 24 countries. Ms. Madden has also held management positions at Technicolor, Legato Systems and Baan Company.

"Adchemy is experiencing rapid growth and will continue on this path for the foreseeable future as demand for its innovative paid search advertising solutions continues to escalate," said Ms. Madden. "Having an A team in place is critical for success in such a dynamic market, and I am excited to leverage the company's strong values, technology leadership and supportive culture to attract and retain the best talent possible."

With 15 years of engineering, product management and business leadership, Mr. Castro will be responsible for Adchemy's product strategy and roadmap. He joins Adchemy from Limelight Networks, an Internet platform and services company, where he was vice president and general manager. Previously, he was founder and CEO of Delve Networks, a cloud-based video platform management solutions company that was acquired by Limelight in 2010. During his time with Delve, he was responsible for securing venture capital, leading product development and driving revenue growth. Mr. Castro also has held positions at Amazon.com and Microsoft, where he established and grew the company's customer relationship management (CRM) business.

"Paid search advertising is at a crossroads, and I strongly believe Adchemy can help take it in a new direction," said Mr. Castro. "Adchemy is one of the only companies that is truly innovating in search advertising right now, and I am thrilled by the opportunity to help shape the company's game-changing technology."
