ViroPharma to Participate in Two Upcoming Healthcare Investor Conferences

Mr. Rowland also will present at the Cowen and Company 32nd Annual Healthcare Conference at 11:20 A.M. ET on Wednesday, March 7, 2012. The conference is being held at the Boston Marriott Copley Place.
