Mattern & Associates Negotiates Sweetheart of a Deal Between Shook, Hardy & Bacon and Pitney Bowes Management Services in Closed RFP

Industry leading legal support services consulting firm Mattern & Associates, LLC announces that it has successfully completed a closed RFP project for international law firm, Shook, Hardy & Bacon, LLP . Mattern & Associates negotiated the mutually beneficial contract renewal with facilities management services provider, Pitney Bowes, which streamlined costs and added new services including hospitality, audio/visual and reception assistance as well as trial support.

Mattern & Associates had previously consulted with Shook, Hardy & Bacon in both open and closed RFP processes for the firm's office supplies, facilities management and off-site records storage contracts. The recent facilities management services closed RFP project with Pitney Bowes was initiated in December of 2010 and the results delivered by Mattern within the target timeframe of November 1, 2011.
