Stolt-Nielsen Limited : Resets Date for First-Quarter 2012 Earnings

Stolt-Nielsen Limited (OsloBørs: SNI) announced today that the Company will report its results for the first quarter ended February 29, 2012 on April 12, 2012, in order to avoid conflicts with the observance of the Easter holiday. The Company had previously planned to announce its results on April 5, 2012.
