Not Just for Valentine's Day, Red Can Be a "Red-Hot" Color Choice All Year Long

It's easy to fall in love with red carpets around Valentine's Day and the Oscars, but this fiery color shouldn't be reserved just for special occasions. The trick is to pair red with the perfect color partner.
