NFL Salute to Service

A National Football League's Salute to Service event was held at Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center, Ind., today.

The event brought NFL players to sign autographs, answer questions and meet troops injured in the line of duty as well as those returning from or preparing for deployment.

At the event, Soldiers and their families were given the opportunity to enjoy live music, meet professional football players and participate in several activities and games.

Camp Atterbury Command Sgt. Maj. Rodney Spade was brought on stage to play cow bell for the local band, Band Wagon at the NFL Salute to Service military appreciation event.
