LOS ANGELES, Feb. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The TV commercial that promotes the Brian Evans song "At Fenway" will run during the Super Bowl this Sunday.

The commercial features Evans and Boston Red Sox Hall of Fame member Jim Rice. Rice is also the post-show commentator during Red Sox games throughout the baseball season.

The song is produced by multiple Grammy Award winning producer Narada Michael Walden, famed for producing the likes of Whitney Houston, Elton John, George Michael, Mariah Carey, Aretha Franklin, and Stevie Wonder.

Walden is now producing Brian Evans, whom Grammy Magazine names as on the most relevant new standards singers of this generation.

"At Fenway," as the song is named, is part of a debut album that Evans has been working on with Walden. The CD features original music by Evans as well, including "Croonerman," "I'm A Traveler," "Planet Blue," "Place Your Bets," "Horoscope," (co-written with Walden and Andrew Biltz), and "Good Life," (co-written with Walden and Arman Zajic). "At Fenway" was released as a single, debuting at #3 on Amazon.com, unprecedented given it's a song about a baseball park that was released during football season.

"Brian wrote the song because of his love for Fenway Park, and because he wanted people to remember what the game is really all about, people and friendships built by those in attendance at the games," says Mark Biltz, creative director of Brian Evans Music.

Evans recently attended MIDEM, and performed an exclusive set for entertainment industry executives during the event. While there, more than 31 companies sought appointments with Evans' team in an effort to land licensing deals for his major label debut album.

Narada Michael Walden is the one who titled Evans "The Croonerman," which Red Sox star Jim Rice repeats in the Best Buy commercial now on air. In Hawaii, the commercial will air immediately following who is declared the winner of the Super Bowl, and before the Vince Lombardi Trophy is presented. It will be the first commercial that the telecast cuts to when the clock runs out.
