Walter Energy's Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend

Walter Energy, Inc. (NYSE: WLT) (TSX: WLT) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.125 per common share payable on March 12, 2012, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 20, 2012.
